About

I'm Audrey Hancock, aka Tuft Gal. If you can't already tell, this is where I sell my rugs and other art. I'm based half of the time in Provo, Utah, and the other half in Phoenix, Arizona. I enjoy fart jokes, drinking Dr. Pepper (please sponsor me), and hanging out with my dog Spork.

My love for rugs began in 2019 when four classmates and I were chosen to visit the Bauhaus school locations in Germany. During the visit, we were required to complete a research project; I proposed a project based on the women of the Bauhaus. Even though the Bauhaus was progressive and allowed women to attend the school, they weren't allowed to study anything other than weaving. I focused my project on the increeeedible Gunta Stölzl, and created my own rug honoring her works and life. Instead of weaving rugs like the Bauhaus women would, I punch-needled the rug to put my own spin on it.

Anyway, thanks for being here and feel free to slide into my DMs anytime! I'd love to hear from you :-)
